Note:

The dark blue enclosure plays on the dynamics between the past, our narration of it, and our projections towards a future. More specifically, the glass case obscures the past (artifact enclosed) and reflects the present (the viewer's image) in equal measures. It is a black mirror of sorts which may not be capable of projecting us into the future.
